Everyone was so welcoming and kind, and Rachel did an amazing job piercing my husband and I! She was so sweet and we left incredibly happy. Michael is the best artist in the state of Virginia. He works very hard to makes sure you get exactly what you want. He's done most of the tattoos on my entire family. Amazing artist!
